Wheatstone Project

Brunel was contracted to provide crews to Solitaire,Lorelay, Tog Mor and Audacia. The offshore construction phase of the project consisted of installation of 220-km, 44-inch concrete-coated export pipeline, Installation of 34-km, 24-inch CRA-clad production pipelines, Installation of 34-km, 14-inch CRA-clad utility pipelines, Installation of 34-km, 6-inch carbon steel MEG flowlines, Installation of subsea structures (including 14 PLET’s, 6 in-line tees and 41 counteract structures), Flooding, gauging and testing of pipelines.

Mangala Processing Terminal & Bhagyam Fields Project

The Mangala, Bhagyam and Aishwariya (MBA) are the three largest oil and gas fields in the Rajasthan Block which encompasses Cairn India’s key assets in Rajasthan. Brunel’s work scope included skilled professionals, trades and craftsmen in various life-cycle stages of the Project from inception to operation. Including maintenance and shutdowns as well as providing management, local transport, logistics support, PPE, equipment and tools.

Rio Tinto Sites

Brunel supplies resources to perform shutdown and maintenance work at Rio Tinto Sites. TheRio Tinto sites are located in the remote Pilbara region of Western Australia and labor is mobilized via fly-in / fly-outschedules. The requests to supply shut down and maintenance services are often provided at short notice for critical craft positions as well as forecasted requests. Qatargas Project

Brunel’s work scope included skilled professionals, trades and craftsmen for construction, commissioning, expansion, maintenance and shutdown work scopes. Qatargas is the largest LNG producer in the world, with an annual LNG production capacity of 42 million tonnes per annum (mta).

Kipper Tuna Turrum Project

Brunel was sub-contracted by McDermott Australia (EPC) to provide construction crews to the DB30 derrick/lay barge and Emerald Sea offshore supply vessel during the offshore Pipe-lay phase of the Project. Brunel crews were also provided to subsequent work on the Riser Access Tower and West Tuna Platform. At the completion of the Pipe-lay phase Brunel provided construction crews specifically for the HookUp and Commissioning of the Marlin B Platform. The construction crews were accommodated on the Edda Fides accommodation vessel. Brunel was also responsible for all vessel crew logistics; including complete vessel rostering, helicopter manifests, booking of fixed flights (including for out of state crews and any applicable hotel accommodations).
