Warren Squires
President,
Brunel Industry Services

As President and Partner of Brunel Industry Services, Warren Squires is responsible for developing, shaping, and executing Brunel Industry Services and its service companies: Brunel Industrial & Pipeline Services, Surge Electrical & Instrumentation Services, and Wrap Insulation & Scaffolding Services mission and vision, and managing overall operations and resources. With great pride, Warren leads his team with a core commitment to achieving safety excellence and delivering quality solutions and work results within the power, petroleum, chemical and pipeline industries.

 

Warren, a best-in-class leader, has more than 25 years of senior management experience within the oil & gas industry on both the construction and client side of the business. This includes a work history in maintenance management, turnaround management, tank farm maintenance management, and overseeing large scale domestic and global projects with a P & L ranging up to 175M. His commitment and investment in the field has led to stronger business practices, increased growth and profitable outcomes within the power generation, midstream, and downstream sectors. His unique combination of experience allows him to solve challenges, recognize opportunities for optimization, deliver efficiencies, and protect outcomes.

 

Prior to joining Brunel Industry Services, Warren’s executive experience ranges from Vice President to Director of Operations, Maintenance Manager, and Subject Matter Expert for Maintenance and Engineering for owner operators serving as a key contributor in the execution of large scale maintenance, turnaround & capital projects. Squires holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Applied Engineering from Southeastern Louisiana University.

Anthony Unruh
Vice President of Operations,
Brunel Industrial and Pipeline Services

Anthony Unruh, Vice President of Operations is responsible for overseeing national operations and business development efforts for Brunel Industrial and Pipeline Services. With over 30 years of EPC experience comprised of both the client side and construction management, Anthony is renowned for his ability to efficiently deliver objectives within new construction, maintenance, and turnarounds for midstream, downstream, and municipalities.

Anthony’s proven track record includes hands on experience in a variety of large-scale, domestic and global construction projects with a P & L ranging from $20M – $200M. His previous executive experience includes leadership roles at Viper Group,        IHI-EC, TPC Group,  and more. Along with his vast experience, Anthony holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from West Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Texas Tech University.

Paul Ashworth
Vice President of Operations,
Wrap Insulation & Scaffolding

As Vice President of Operations at Wrap Insulation and Scaffolding, Paul Ashworth is responsible
for supporting and managing operational functions for insulation, paint and scaffolding projects.

Paul brings more than 25 years of field knowledge and experience, strategically
utilizing his craft to discover and apply innovative methods to increase performance,
driving tangible results.

Prior to joining Wrap Insulation & Scaffolding, Paul’s background includes all phases of construction management in relation to scaffolding as well as developing training, mentoring programs and discipline metrics for skilled and nonskilled workers. Paul’s proven track record, expertise, along with his ability to innovate provide a successful platform for delivering results.

Raymond Garret
Vice President of Operations,
Surge Electrical & Instrumentation

Raymond “Ray” Garrett, Vice President of Surge Electrical & Instrumentation is responsible for managing the complete life cycle of specialty electrical and instrumentation (E&I) projects from new construction, to service and maintenance. He is a proven leader bringing over 30 years of experience in reducing operational cost, while maximizing up time and efficiency.

Prior to joining Surge Electrical & Instrumentation, Ray held leadership roles in companies such as Ardent, Air Products, and Jacobs where he continually advanced his career directing and managing operations. His standard is safely delivering projects on-time and within budget. Garrett holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is a licensed Journeyman and Master Electrician in the State of Texas.

Deborah Fraley
Health, Safety and Environmental Director 
Brunel Industry Services & Brunel Energy, Inc.

Deborah Fraley, Health, Safety and Environmental Director is responsible for leading and managing Brunel’s Corporate HS&E standards, culture, resources, and program initiatives. With over 25 years of experience and numerous certifications, Deborah serves as the subject matter expert, working closely with Brunel Industry Services’ companies, along with departmental and project managers, subcontractors, clients and regulators advancing the Brunel Health, Safety and Environmental Culture. She is responsible for the oversight of all health, safety and environmental matters and personnel, as well as implementing new health, safety and environmental regulations, managing and reviewing site specific health and safety plans (HASP),environmental impact studies and site audits.

Deborah’s diverse portfolio of executive leadership includes HSE management roles within Fluor, UTC Construction, Burrow Global Construction, Anadarko, ENGlobal and more. She has successfully implemented and achieved Zero Accident’s on multi-million-dollar projects and has completed numerous plant safety programs and certifications.

Kent Tarou

Kent Tarou, Corporate Quality Assurance & Quality Control Manager for Brunel Industry
Services is the lead executive responsible for overseeing corporate compliance with
all state & federal quality standards, inclusive of ASME, API, NACE plus Brunel Industry
Services’ internal performance initiatives for the advancement of its quality program.

Kent’s executive experience includes ten years of quality control & applied inspection knowledge.
Other accomplishments include a proven track record in welding & field service management.

By incorporating Brunel’s core values within daily operations, Kent consistently ensures
industry standards are met & that a high-level of quality & service are delivered to our customers.

Environmental Manager,

Cecile Cressionie, Corporate Health, Safety & Environmental Manager at Brunel Industry
Services. Cecile provides safety & security management oversight & is responsible
for the development & implementation of programs, policies & procedures that identify
& resolve occupational safety & health hazards in accordance with environmental &
regulatory compliance. Previous executive experience includes more than 20 years leading
safety & regulatory initiatives with Chevron, BHP Billiton & Tetra Technologies. Cecile
is relentless in Brunel Industry Services commitment to zero incidents & zero accidents &
continually advances safety & health initiatives throughout operations.
